Yesterday I took Lincoln to the mall to get his pictures and while I was waiting for them to enhance his pictures, I went window shopping. I haven't been shopping for a while and am therefore quite uninformed on the latest fashions. As I was looking around I was surprised to see that the latest trend favors pregnancy. One of the trendy stores in the mall(they almost all are) had a wide range of clothes that would fit a pregnant woman now. I was thinking to myself that maybe I ought to stock up now, since when I was shopping for maternity clothes I felt like pulling my hair out because I could hardly find anything. Come to think of it, some of my cutest maternity clothes probably aren't maternity clothes after all- they're probably the style now. Hmmmmm....
Just to show you what I mean (if you're as clueless as I am about today's trends) I've included pictures of some of the exact same shirts I saw yesterday.
By the way, I know this is a very random blog, but I thought to myself, hey, this is like a journal and I'm just preserving a little bit of today to look back on someday.

Isn't it kind of funny, these new trends. I LOVE it!! I have felt pretty lucky with my timimg of things and the trends or clothing available. When I got marriend the new garments just barely came out that I LOVE! At about the same time long shorts became trendy and when I got pregnant these shirts that you are talking about became trendy as well. I guess we are just lucky gals! ;)
Very cute. It is funny how the styles change. It DOESN'T make me want to get out my pregnant clothes. I get so sick of them when I actually have to wear them. :)
