Lincoln Tagged

I know- I know I put WAY too many posts about Lincoln on here, but I saw this on Camrin's blog and I wanted to do it- especially while Lincoln's taking such a great nap. Hopefully after this weekend I'll have some pictures of more than just Lincoln.

Lincoln D Hills

Name and Meaning: Zach actually picked his name and at first I didn't like it because I thought Zach only picked it because it was a car name he liked. But the more I thought about the name and associated it with the president, rather than the car, the more I liked it and it seemed to fit. The intial D is a family tradition and doesn't stand for anything- but I believe in carrying on traditions.

Age : 15 months

Nicknames : Buddy, Monkey, Cutie (whatever I feel like calling him, but those have been more regular)

Favorite Activities : Four-wheeling, being around other kids, riding on anything with wheels, having a story read to him, being outside

Favorite Foods : Anything sweet, milk, PB&J sandwiches, corn, cheese crackers, graham crackers, crackers in general

Least Favorite Foods : Most vegetables

Favorite Music : The only way we can tell what he likes is what he dances to. Right now that's most anything with a good beat, although Zach said he really seemed to like music by Sting. He also really likes the song "The Wheels on the Bus"- anytime I sing it- he'll immediately start doing the actions.

Favorite Toys : balls, his bedtime buddy- a teddy bear dressed in a sunflower dress with matching hat (we're not sure how it got in his crib- but he loves it- and it's not even soft!), pens, anything electronic (probably because they're forbidden)

Favorite Book : He seems to have two: I Love You Through and Through and Llama Llama Red Pajama

Favorite Item of Clothing : His shoes- because it means we get to go outside

What Makes Him Happy : When Daddy comes home, when he gets his milk before bed, when he gets to go to bed in his own bed, being outside, oh and Four-wheeling of course!

What Makes Him Sad : The saddest I think I ever saw Lincoln was when his father left on a four-wheeler ride without him. He doesn't like things taken away from him, or the idea that we might be leaving him for even just a short while.

We love him so much!

People I tag: I'm stealing Camrin's idea and tagging anyone with kids who either hasn't done a post like this, or wants to.
