Martha Mets!

Like Father, like Son!

Yesterday as we were eating dinner, Lincoln dropped some corn on his lap and was having a hard time picking it up off his lap when he said with some frustration, Martha Mets!

Zach and I both did a double take and asked each other--Did you just hear what I heard?!

It makes sense, Lincoln ADORES his father. ADORES him! He's always tagging along behind him when he's home, so of course he would pick up his father's quirky expletives.

That is SO FUNNY! I couldn't help but laugh when I read this post. I would LOVE to hear him say it! I especially love the picture you have of him. Very cute.

That is great. I picked up a few expletives from Zach as well. I still say "Oh Billy." That is great.

Too cute! I think it is so funny when kids say stuff that we as parents say. They always seem to say it so cute. :)

That's too funny! I, too, have picked up some expletives from Zach that I still use today...Holy Monkey, Oh Billy, Nurse Nelly (isn't that one?). In fact, I think I called someone a dilly just the other day.
