Employed in the Business of Raising Kids

I remember having a conversation with my sister-in-law Jodi when she told me that she and her husband were in the business of raising kids. Whenever I get frustrated "at work" I try to remember that this is my most important job and I'd better do it right.  That helps me focus on truly raising my kids.  Here are some things we've been learning in the past six months.

Hard work

Sleep-- really not an easy task!

Reading- Gwen's amazing!

To become more mobile

Sharing

First day of First Grade!
Take care of baby brother

Caring for animals (geckos)- maybe should be left to the professionals? (I just found him on my cold, stone counter one day- he was supposed to be in his terrarium)
