Ned was recognized for Straight A's during his 5th grade graduation. 

Gwen performed at her first voice recital.  She was amazing!

The boys caught another adorable bunny and tried to hold onto it for their sister to see, but sadly, it escaped before she could get home.

May was full of end-of-the-school-year festivities and opening Summer activities.  There was Gwen's first voice recital.  She stunned us with her performances of "Small Things" and "The Climb".  

Mother's Day was nice this year.  We invited Zach's parents, my parents, and my grandma over for dinner. It was so fun to see my grandma, even in her dementia, she is one of the sweetest people alive!  I felt pretty spoiled that we got to monopolize these three amazing women on this special day!

The YW took over Primary for all the moms and my kids came home with one of my favorite Mother's Day activities: the questionnaire that they fill out about me.  I always love reading their responses.  Here are the questions and their responses.

I have the best kids EVER!

West made this adorable book for me in his 1st-grade class. This is another favorite gift of mine!

Ned and Nyle and West each raked in the end of the school year awards.

Ned: Straight A's, Reading and Library award

West: Straight A's, Math Fact Master, Library, P.E., and Principal's award.

Lincoln and Gwen's performance wasn't too shabby either with both being on the A-B Honor Roll.  Spanish is a weakness for both. ;)

Colton, Ned, West and Nyle

This is becoming more common- lots of friends from the neighborhood all hanging out.  This was an impromptu basketball game after an impromptu dinner.  Fun times!

West was so cute.  I could tell he really wanted to go to this birthday party, but he figured I wouldn't want to take him since there was a little bit of a time conflict so he threw the invitation away.  After he mentioned the party, I could tell he kind of wanted to go so after some coaxing, I talked him into going.  He had so much fun!  I was so glad he went!

First graders are so adorable!
