Thanksgiving

We really have so much to be thankful for... precious family, good health, extraordinary country, beautiful landscape, and the restored gospel that puts it all into perspective, provides guidance to keep us happy, and ordinances that make it last!  What more could a person ask for?!

This Thanksgiving, like every Thanksgiving, was spent with Mom and Dad Hills' , but this time it was at the old homestead ;) in Logandale.  They moved back over the summer and have been working hard to restore it after it received a thrashing from the previous renters.  It was fun to go back.  It's such a great place for everyone to gather, so much space and places for the kids to play.  Our kids had so much fun and I hardly saw them.  At the end of the day, when it was time for bath and bed, they all had to scrub themselves pretty hard to get all the sand out.  I believe Lincoln had a wrestling match with his cousins in the sand dune, no joke.

We also had time to take some great family pictures, thanks to Camrin and Brandon.
Levi led the cousins on a walk around the church parking lot on the the sidewalk in order to keep them occupied in an activity that wouldn't spoil their clothes while they waited for individual families to get their pictures taken.
