| Ned played soccer again for Brown this year. The team had an uphill battle as they were recently bumped up a division. Now they were playing much larger schools with larger player pools to select from. Most teams they played against were all 8th graders with club team experience. Even so, Brown's team learned a ton and gave the other teams a real challenge by the end of the season. |

| Gwen joined me for Take-your-child-to-work day. She was a huge help as she reorganized my classroom library. She was exhausted by the end of the day! P.S. the spirit day was stripes and polka dots -hence my clashing attire. |
