Our generous neighbor, Angela gave us this desk and Gwen quickly put it to good use.
We decided to be spontaneous and visit Jodi and Chris to attend Casey's HS graduation. Since it was virtual, we were able to watch it on TV and spend more time celebrating. The kids always have so much fun there. They have cousins, lots of grass, and lots of animals! Nyle and Whit are taking a ride on Grassy Ella
Zach and I spotted Gwen in this position one afternoon. She was watching something on her kindle while curled up in a ball on the counter. She needed to be able to charge her kindle, but it was cold right there because the window was open and a fan was blowing in the cooler air from outside.
For teacher appreciation week, we snapped these photos to show the teachers how much we appreciated them. They have been so flexible with all these school closures etc. These teachers are rock stars!
One of West's preschool teachers gave an assignment recommendation to write their names in shaving cream. I used to do this way back when I was a teacher and still had some shaving cream from then. I pulled it out, but of course, all the other kids wanted to take part.
Lincoln hard at schoolwork
Another assignment from Pre-K. Practice kicking a balloon. West had no trouble with this one!
Me and my Sweetie!
West was learning his shapes. We drew large shapes on the BB court and then searched the house to find objects that had the same shapes.
We played a lot of soccer together at the nearby park during the Covid closures
A G.A.T.E. assignment. Make a craft relating to the book about Elmer the Elephant.
